im 14 too! haha.
well at my school we have an intense PE coach and with just like running and jogging, crunches and a few pushups. everyones been losing weight and gaining muscle like crazy!
but i think running is the best. jog for lik 20 minutes and make it like every five minutes you run or sprint a little. something like that. don’t overdo it though.
you might gain muscle weight after a while. but burn off watever extra fat you have.

at 13 years old, 5′4" and 195 pounds, I guess I have a lot of weight to lose. I would like to lose around 40 pounds, for now. What are some tips that will help me achieve this goal? Also, whenever i’ve tried to lose weight in the past, I always get discouraged and give up. How can I avoid this?
Here are a few tips;
WHEN to eat for losing weight…
• Eat (at least) three times a day.
Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That’s the main reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight… you must eat (the right things, of course)
• Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas.
• Your last meal should be before 18:00. Try.
OK, one apple after 18:00
• Don’t starve
Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health.
Starvation is the worse thing you can

it has fiber wich i dont think i need, but i need to help myself from the eatinng
Pills don’t work.
Some people feel full by eating whole wheats, while others feel full by eating protein rich food. Figure out which one you are, and eat more of those foods.
Of course, if you’re hungry just because you’re hungry, then you shouldn’t be trying to stop that.
Your body needs a certain amount of fuel (food) each day to stay alive and do any exercise/activities that you’re involved in. If you eat slightly less than this amount then your body will burn fat to make up the difference. If you eat way less than this amount, you’ll go into starvation mode and won’t lose anything.
Figure out how many calories you need to eat each day to lose weight, how many extra calories you burn through exercise, and how many calories are in the foods

I need to lose 10-15 lbs of fat in the next couple weeks.
I’m male
34 years old
5′ 11"
170 lbs
12% to 15% body fat is my guess.
I usually weigh about 155. But I gained 15 lbs from quitting smoking on January 1st.
I need to lose this weight. Does anyone have a workout plan or a diet plan? I like to lift weight, jump rope or jogging. I also like body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, sit ups.
Help!
started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 119lbs
A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT….there for we are all on a diet….
THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE
You got the change the way you think and feel about food
TRY THIS, and stick to it.
The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time

I’m looking for just a little boost of fat-loss. I’m within ten pounds of my goal (lost 15 already), but took the summer off for the most part due to circumstances beyond my control. I’ve probably gained back a little of it. So, what’s a natural weight-loss supplement that could help give me the little boost I need to make it to where I want to go?
water only

I was on the pill for years and stopped for 3 months, I lost 12 lbs and noticed that I have bony ankles. I am starting the second week of active pills and have noticed that I am gaining weight back, and my ankles are swollen, however my lifestyle has not changed, I eat healthfully, drink a lot of water and exercise 5 times a week. Should I change birth control…or start a strict diet and increase my strength training and cardio?
Maybe you can ask for one lower in estrogen
I found this on
http://www.wdxcyber.com/ncontr11.htm
Estrogen in high doses is known to cause weight gain especially that due to fluid retention (1). The more estrogen there is in a pill, the more tendency to gain weight such that a 50 mcgm pill will result in more weight gain than a 35 mcgm pill (1).
The mechanism of action is probably direct stimulation by

Just wanted to hear from someone who may have tried one and it worked. Thanks
I really liked Ferenheit. It really does work and really makes you sweat. Be careful not to drink any coffee with it and make sure you workout right after you take it.

in other words, do you gain weight because you are just more tired on an anti-depressant and therefore less willing to work out? or, is there something in the drug that chemically causes you to gain weight?
I take Wellbutrin SR (150 mg) in the morning, and Lexapro (10 mg) in the evening, for depression and anxiety. I’ve been taking that for over two years, and it’s working very well for me.
The Wellbutrin SR seems to help me to be more alert and active – and wanting to do things – while the Lexapro makes me more mellow, and it helps me sleep better, too. They are relatively low doses of each medication, which keeps side effects at a minimum. I really can’t tell I’m taking any medication at all.
I have to think it’s because of the tiredness / drowsiness of the SSRI medication. It makes you want to not do

I eat a gluten free and wheat free diet, but I really miss fresh white french bread, still warm from the oven. I have replaced this with Sainsburys ‘Free From’ Part Baked Baguettes, which go some of the way to satisfying my craving.
What foods do you miss, and more importanly what have you found you can eat similar, but gluten free, that replaces it?
White bread, brown bread, french bread, Irish soda bread, raisin bread, sour dough bread, banana bread, lemon poppy seed bread, potato bread, Indian fry bread, toasted bread, rye bread, povatitsa bread, corn bread, moldy bread, sandwich bread, sweet bread, and communion bread. I’ve replaced them with EnerG foods rice bread as it’s the only one available where I live and it’s just nasty. Good Luck and God Bless
