Does anyone know any exercises to lose weight fast?

I am obese and need to lose weight fast. It is killing me inside! I am 5′9 and 194.8 pounds! HELP!

Cardio workout for the out of shape:
Day 1: 10 minutes of treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bicycle. (30 mins total)
Day 2: 15 minutes of treadmill and elliptical. (30 mins total)
Day 3: 10 minutes of treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike & just 5 minutes of stair stepper. (35 mins total)
Day 4: 15 minutes of treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike (45 minutes total)
Day 5: 15 minutes of treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, then 5 minutes of the stair stepper with an additional 5 minutes of jumping rope. (50 mins total)

As you begin to get more fit, more confident in your physical health, you can begin to increase your total workouts by 5 minutes and the intensity by an extra level.

I have been trying to lose weight and I have been doing really well but I’m 3 weeks in an I really am finding things hard. Missing chocolate big time! My weight loss management strategies seem futile, help?

I engage in physical activity fairly regularly, but recently over the past few weeks a bought I new scale and it the readings increase marginally every week (I check once per week).This is making all my efforts to manage my weight loss futile.I restrict my calories as much as possible. And im becoming increasingly nervous about eating. Is it showing an increase due to an increase in muscle mass? Last week the scale indicated .8 pound less than this week? Does this mean ive consumed .8*3500 calories over my normal body expenditure? This hardly seems likely.

I’m not sure about the conversion (pounds to kilograms) but I have read many times that water weight can make over a kilogram difference, so it does not necessarily mean that you have picked up weight, maybe you are just drinking more water.

Give up on checking the scale so often.. the obsession will drive you

i eat alot, too much but i don’t really gain weight. i guess its because i eat all ma food in small amounts not all at da same time. but now i want to lose weight and i don`t know if my metabolism is going to affect it. how can i lose the weight and keep it off?
yes i know it depends on how many calories you eat && stuff but does it matter at what times you eat them? like if i eat something like 200 calories at 7:00am and eat another like 400 calories at 10:30am. then so forth and so on. does it matter?

Which is better for weight control, juice or diet soda?

One of those infomercials, pushing a juicer machine claimed that you gain more weight with diet soda than with juice. Can this be true?

While neither is the best choice for weight control, the juicer does have some nutritional value. The artificial sweeteners in diet sodas, and sugar itself, create a sense of hunger! Additionally, the soda will dehydrate you.

The absolute best thing to drink is water. Natural, unsweetened juices are ok, however you loose the biggest benefits of the fruits or vegetables by drinking the juice rather than eating the food. The food provides you with greater nutrients.

Running or walking and Green tea wieght loss?

Hello today i started a diet(eat smaller portions and healthy food no mickey ds) and running/jogging plan i also pal on drinking 3 glasses green tea (100% natural tea bags i drink it just like that) will i loose like two pounds a week if i keep this up? i jog everyday for 30 mins before eating and get tired to fast, can i just run for 10 mins and walk for 1 hour would it be the same or less or more calories burned?

I just want to congratulate you on your commitment.
Here are the answers to your question:

- You can lose 2 pounds a week but really depends on what you are eating and the intensity of your exercise.
- Green tea has been proven to help you lose weight so that is good…especially if your not adding sugar.
- You should probably down a protein shake or have a snack
