Anyone know any easy to make healthy diet foods?

My girlfriend is very concerned of her own weight. So she’s become a bit anorexic, even though now she’s become skinny. She still thinks she’s fat and continues to not eat. She wants to eat healthy and all, but I barely know any foods. I don’t mean to brag about what I just said, but that’s the background information. So knowing that, I feel that I must do something and I thought of this. So does anyone know any easy to make healthy diet foods? Please include the recipe if you can.

What is ketosis plan for weight reduction?

If any body can give complete guidlines it would be better.

A very bad idea. Ketosis is when you have high levels of ketones in your urine. Ketosis is usually seen in uncontrolled diabetics, an people with amino acid metabolism disorders. (I’m sure you can see why that’s not such a great thing.)

There are diets out there that restrict carbohydrates so much that your body starts pulling fuel out of the fat cells just to power the brain. That sounds good, until you realize that carbohydrates (Specifically glucose) are your brain’s preferred fuel, and it does not operate well on anything else. So, ketosis diets cause fatigue, fogginess, and occasionally memory loss. Bad stuff.

The best plan is still a healthy balanced diet and exercise. Technically speaking, you will have trace amounts of urine ketones with healthy weight loss, but these ketosis plans cause high levels, and are not healthy.

Tips on losing weight FAST without regard to health?

I need to lose 15 lbs fast. I don’t care if I put it back on within a few weeks, that isn’t my concern. I don’t care if what I do is detrimental to my health, this is something I won’t be doing any other time again in my life. I just need tips for losing weight incredibly fast. Thanks.

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day.
do not snack
do not drink soda
go on the half off diet only eat half of what you would usually eat and give or throw the rest away
if you are really hungry and you’ve had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body

hey im 15 turning 16..and i need more fiber in me so i could go to the bathroom more often. so im looking at fiber choice..and i do want to loose weight as well. so there is the fiber choice weight management. would u say its a weight loss pill?, because i don’t want to take a weight loss pill. please help

you should try the Atkins Diet. like any diet you will drop a lot of weight the first week from water but it is a easy diet to follow and it really works for me. Good luck to you.

During cardio activities, like karate, I’m told to have your heart rate at a certain percentage. What percentage is right for fat loss during cardio activities?

How do I figure out my max. heart rate?

How do you figure out your heart rate without a heart rate monitor (like the belt or watch thingys). I think you count the times your heart beats for 6 seconds and multiply it by 10.

What helps loose skin tighten up after wieght loss?

I have lost 30 pounds in the last three months and have a loose skin problem on my stomach,upper arms and upper thighs. I am working towards loseing another 50 or so pounds. Is surgery the only answer or are there lotions or creams that would help me?

Skin is not fat. Skin develops and envelops the fat. It grows as one’s fat grows. However, it does not "shrink" as one loses weight, especially to the degree you have lost. Toning surrounding muscles is a great way to enhance your appearance, but all the people I have heard of required/chosen surgery to remove the extra skin.

There is no harm in waiting a year or two to see how things progress, but that may be your most effective option.

How likely is it really to gain weight while using the Mirena IUD?

The Mirena website says that there is no proof of weight gain in the studies done, but then you look online and all these women say they gained a ton of weight once they got it. They say that the gain is a result of the hormone, progesterone released by the IUD. I was already taking the progesterone to regulate my periods and I didn’t gain any weight. Does that mean I’m safe?

I have had the mirena IUD for over 3 months now and have not gained any weight from it actually I have been losing weight rather quickly after I gave birth. so i dont think weight gain is really a problem.
