I need to lose at least 40 pounds, as quick as possible! Help me!

Eat what you like in moderation and at more sittings during the day, example, 5 small meals rather than 3 big ones and eat nothing past 6:00 PM as going to bed with a full stomach adds TONNAGE. Walk rather than drive to store and use stairs more than elevators etcetera. Drink water or juice when you feel peckish and throw away all potatoe chips and junk foods. You will win bigtime.

I am 18 years old, 6′3" tall and i weigh 230. As of the first of the year i weighed 250 but have dropped 20 pounds. I want to lose another 30 by August before school starts. Please let me know what i can do.

i eat alot, too much but i don’t really gain weight. i guess its because i eat all ma food in small amounts not all at da same time. but now i want to lose weight and i don`t know if my metabolism is going to affect it. how can i lose the weight and keep it off?
yes i know it depends on how many calories you eat && stuff but does it matter at what times you eat them? like if i eat something like 200 calories at 7:00am and eat another like 400 calories at 10:30am. then so forth and so on. does it matter?

What hormone or blood value (triglyceride, HDL, LDL, etc.) should be low or high to lose quick weight?

I’m working out intense, and trying to eat healthy. However my weight loss is very small and minimal. With the things I’m doing, it should def. be faster. I’m really pushing myself to the limits. I’m suspecting a thyroid problem. I heard if there is something wrong with thyroid you can’t lose weight.

What other, or is there hormone or blood entity that should be high or low in order to quickly lose weight?

You may be building muscle which is a good thing. Don’t worry abut the scale. Look in the mirror instead.

I want to lose 20 pounds in a month or two(before wrestling season starts.) I don’t have a lot will power, so diets aren’t for me. What are some do’s and don’t’s.

If you can’t/won’t recude your calorie intake by dieting, then you have to BURN those extra calories off instead…

For each pound you lose, you need to burn/lose 3500 calories – a strict regiment of working out (weight training) three times a week, plus cardio EVERY DAY (as a warmup on weight days, more intense the others) – should get you where you want to be ;) ;);)

im 15 , 5′4 , and 170 lbs , idk if im over weight or not but people are saying im starting to get chubby so i wanna lose weight ,and my ches is like kinda big and bulky but i want it to like make it flatter idk how. also is it possible to make you face less chubby & how to get a nice better chin shape cause it its bothering me a little. It has been proven that you can just eat Celery and sit down all day and you would lose weight.
