i eat healthy an drink 64 oz of water a day i exercise 30 min a day watching tae bo. but what is another way to lose weight quicker an if i do tae bo for 30 min a day will i see results soon!?

2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard

The best way to lose weight is to change the way you eat. Eat 3 big meals a day and 2 snacks. Take all the high carbs out of your diet. Here is what i did and i lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks and i never felt hungry and i ate well.
Breakfast: Special K (or any other cereal with not much Sugar)
Snack: 2 tablespoons of peanut better with carrots or apples. It keeps you full and it is healthy.
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with lettuce.
Snack: a fruit
Dinner: Eat anything for dinner but make sure it

I exercise 4 times a week for an hour; this includes cardio and weight training. I have cut my calories in the food I eat. I am eating about 1000 calories a day and I am not loosing the weight. I been doing this about 2 months and I have lost 3 lbs. anyone know or suggest something to help me.
well if you are lifting weight thats mean you are developping muscles and muscles weight more then fat so you might be the same weight …keep training hard its ganna work …good luck

Eat what you like in moderation and at more sittings during the day, example, 5 small meals rather than 3 big ones and eat nothing past 6:00 PM as going to bed with a full stomach adds TONNAGE. Walk rather than drive to store and use stairs more than elevators etcetera. Drink water or juice when you feel peckish and throw away all potatoe chips and junk foods. You will win bigtime.

What hormone or blood value (triglyceride, HDL, LDL, etc.) should be low or high to lose quick weight?
I’m working out intense, and trying to eat healthy. However my weight loss is very small and minimal. With the things I’m doing, it should def. be faster. I’m really pushing myself to the limits. I’m suspecting a thyroid problem. I heard if there is something wrong with thyroid you can’t lose weight.

You may be building muscle which is a good thing. Don’t worry abut the scale. Look in the mirror instead.
