What foods are good for someone on a diet?
I want to eat more healthy and I am kinda on a diet. What foods would be good to eat throughout the day that are good for you but not fatty? Thank you

Lentil Soup
Pasta
Fish
Rice (boiled)
salad sandwiches accompanied with wholemeal bread.
5 fruits a day, (Mainly apples, oranges, tangerines.)
No sugar at all, that means so soft drinks, and plenty of water.
Make a variety of foods out of these, and you should be all good.

Stay away from carbonhydrates. Its because carbonhydrates are bad for you. So stay away from meat, carbonhyrdrates and bread and beans to. They make you fat.
