well at my school we have an intense PE coach and with just like running and jogging, crunches and a few pushups. everyones been losing weight and gaining muscle like crazy!
but i think running is the best. jog for lik 20 minutes and make it like every five minutes you run or sprint a little. something like that. don&#039;t overdo it though.

		<description>There r only few things u will need, I have lost 22 KG in 3 months, guess how?
1st :I used to do 1 hour cardio i.e: running on a threadmill in a extreme warm room... so it made me sweat like i just took a bath!
2: Eat clean... meaning NO JUNK FOOD!!! thats the key, Have high proteins u can get dem from Eggwhites, oatmeals, chicken etcc... and drink Extra virgin Olive oil daily 4 or 6 spoons...
Stick with it... u will be losing Body fat in no time... trust me
