<p>Any tips or advice would be great.<br />
<br />jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight<br />
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in<br />
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are<br />
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have<br />
to work double on them. The best approach is this:<br />
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal<br />
weight, lower for overweight).<br />
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.<br />
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.<br />
an  excellent  exercise,  you  can do it in front of your TV: sit on a<br />
stool,  and  put  your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,<br />
for  example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure<br />
that  it  is  not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you<br />
will  damage  your  back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your<br />
body  back, until it&#8217;s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and<br />
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add<br />
to  the  number  of  repetitions.  You will see the results in a week,<br />
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat &#8211; if you have any &#8211; six<br />
pack  and  muscles.  Dumbbells  do  wonders.  Much  better  than these<br />
crunches  &#8211;  I  came  up to three hundreds and there was no results AT<br />
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.</p>

<br />After looking at the ingredients, I&#8217;m guessing they just say that to avoid liability. Rest assured that none of these things is going to work better than a healthy, nutritious diet in combination with some mild, daily exercise. By eating mostly natural foods (fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grains) and walking 30 to 60 minutes a day, I was able to lose nearly fifty pounds in under three months. The only supplement I was taking was green tea.</p>

<br />1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.</p>
<p>2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don&#8217;t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.</p>
<p>3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.</p>
<p>4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.<br />

<br />Hormones and conditions such as insulin resistance and metabolic disorder can affect your weight. Your metabolism is also the thing that controls how many calories you burn in a day and ultimately how much you weigh. There are only SOME birth control pills that make you gain weight. Like I said I lost weight. It stabilized my hormones that were making gain weight. Also I maybe those women just were not on the right ones. You also have to take into account that your question &quot;why does everyone say that you gain weight on birth control?&quot; will only attract the majority of woman who experience that problem. Not everyone gains weight while on the BC pill. I didn&#8217;t, my mother who was on it didn&#8217;t, my friend didn&#8217;t. You just have to know how to find the right one. If you give a couple days I will email you a list of BC pills that make you gain weight and that make you lose weight. I will also email you some foods and spices that will help speed up metabolism. I eat what I think is a normal amount for an adult, so it&#8217;s not a matter of needing to eat more, maybe better but not more. I have a hereditary fast metabolism, so I am sure that is a lot of the issue. However, I am geting married next September and for the first time in my life I care a little bit more about what I look like. I don&#8217;t want to be a body builder by any means but I would like to put a little weight and muscle on so I look noticably healthier for my wedding.</p>
<p>Looking for tips on diet and exercise that might promote a healthy <a href="http://www.amyssnackshack.com" target=_self>weight gain</a>. I know the questions usually go the other direction here, but any help you could offer would be great.</p>

<br />Increasing starchy, sugary, and greasy foods is not a good idea. These are bad for your body. Even if you want to gain weight, your calories should come from foods that are good for you. Healthy fats include omega 3 oils like fish oils, flax, and nuts. Good sources of protein include organic meats, fish, and organic poultry. Increase the number of meals per day to 5 or 6 small balanced meals. Protein powders and shakes can be added as meals. Some are flavored and only need added water and some others can blended with water or your choice of juices to improve the taste. It would be a plus to add a small amount of flax seed oil and some psillium powder to add some healthy fiber. </p>
<p>Supplements<br />
A good quality multivitamin and mineral supplement is a good idea. Some people find that their muscle mass improves with extra amino acid formulas. Some people who are very ill may need liquid nutritional preparations that are available through their doctors.<br />
Exercise<br />
Exercise is also important. Resistance training like lifting weights will tend to increase muscle mass more so than aerobic training which is better suited to losing fat. Resistance training can be done at a health club or with the proper equipment at home. </p>
<p>If you need to gain weight, it is possible to do so in a healthy manner with the right foods and exercise. Eating junk foods, sugary or greasy foods is not healthy. Neither are taking steroids or questionable supplements. Be sure that anything you take into your body is healthy.</p>
