Weight Gain: Skinny To Muscle [Month #1]
So I’ve pretty much been skinny since I hit my teens, and I’ve finally decided to put on some weight, and stick with it. The first goal I’ve set myself is to gain 30lbs over the next 8 months, I decided this was a reasonable challenge that wouldn’t be impossible to complete, it requires I gain 3.75lbs a month. I shall be posting a video at the start of every month showing my progress (although I’m not sure how much progress will be visible in a month). There’s going to be a lot of eating and a lot of weight lifting.
Anyone with any advice or tips please leave a comment, it’s all appreciated, likewise anyone else who’s trying to gain weight please feel free to ask me anything.
