Protein Shake with Fibre Diet – Can be used for weight control or diet
Here i am again… a guy at work said what was i drinking… i showed him and took him in some protein shake stuff and ground flaxseed. He said he was starting a diet, the diet consisted of two shakes a day and fibre…. i said you’re paying $3.99 per serve, mine costs about $1.20 per serve. Who’s making money now?
I’ve had protein shakes for years (more than 10) and they are nutritious. The added fibre, as you will hear, has been researched and i learn by what i read. don’t take things for granted. don’t get ripped off when you can do the same thing yourself.
Please also don’t believe everything you see and hear on Youtube from unqualified people saying flaxseed is no good.

Kelly Clarkson across the years and her weight gain. In 2002 Kelly Clarkson weighed about 120 pounds (54kg) and now, in 2009 she weighs about 180 pounds (81kg). The causes for her weight gain were: poor diet and she don’t like to do exercises. Besides this, Kelly loves food, especially fast food and candies. She gained about 60 pounds (27 kg).

Unwanted weight gain has become a global menace. After years of experimentation and ‘diets’, here are my results of why we put on unwanted weight gain and, most importantly, a method to practice that can stop, reverse and maintain a sensible weight. I will be creating approx. 4 videos. By the time you get get to number 4, you will gain a NEW understanding and, knowledge that should help you apply the lessons.
I have deliberately pitched these videos at the layperson in order that they appeal to a broad range of the population. Any specialist/scientist who wants to question my method is welcome to do so via private messages. I will approve constructive comments but, delete silly ones.
My goal is to give people this free choice to trial my method. I don’t advocate the use of tablets, surgery, fasting or, any dangerous tactics.
